The Vulpera Ecological Collective is an independent wildlife conservation and education initiative dedicated to protecting biodiversity and inspiring the next generation to appreciate the natural world.
Our goal is not only to support wildlife conservation efforts, but also to help people, especially children, learn about the animals and plants that share our planet. Through educational programs and outreach, we hope to spark curiosity and encourage future conservationists.
In the future, we aim to support wildlife sanctuaries that recreate natural environments where animals can live with minimal human interference. These sanctuaries would focus on animal wellbeing while also contributing to conservation research and education.
Vulpera also plans to host annual virtual educational programs focused on wildlife, ecosystems, and environmental science so that students around the world can learn about nature and conservation.
Soren Saal is the founder and lead conservationist of Vulpera. Founded in 2020, Vulpera has been at the forefront of wildlife conservation and education, working tirelessly to protect biodiversity and inspire the next generation of conservationists. Soren's vision for Vulpera is to create a world where humans and wildlife coexist harmoniously, and where education empowers individuals to make a positive impact on the environment.
Born in 2005 in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, Soren became deaf at a young age, which shaped his perspective on the world and fueled his passion for accessibility and inclusivity in conservation efforts. One day in high school, during an ecology class, Soren learned about the alarming rate of species extinction and the devastating impact of human activity on the environment. Months later, the initial idea for Vulpera was born, and Soren has been dedicated to the cause ever since.
Alongside his lifelong romantic partner, Trevor, and his closest friends, whom were the first members of Vulpera, Soren has built a team of passionate individuals committed to making a difference in the world.
